6 Steps to Sold

Step 2: Signing the mandate

Next, we’ll present you with a mandate which outlines our commitment to you and gives us permission to market your property. Our mandates include a service promise, assuring you that we’ll do our absolute best to sell your property. Once you’ve signed on the dotted line, we’ll start selling.

Step 3: Marketing your property

We’ll design a marketing plan that highlights the best aspects of your property and targets the right buyers. We’ll also showcase it through viewings with potential buyers and show days.

Step 4: Closing the deal

We’ll present you with all offers and negotiate the best deal between you and potential buyers. And once you and a buyer have agreed on an offer, we’ll facilitate the agreement of sale.

Step 5: Wrapping up the details

We’ll ensure that the sale proceeds as smoothly as possible, and that includes following up on any conditions, instructing the attorneys, helping you with compliance certificates, and more.
